Delivery

Please state a day you would like your delivery to be made at the check-out. Deliveries will be made between 7am-3pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 7am-12pm. Please note - icepacks are not included and are a separate purchase when you check out. 

We do not ship to P.O boxes! We also advise our couriers will not enter a property that is closed off by a gate unless specified in the order notes. This is due to their personal safety. If there is a dog on your premises and they do not feel comfortable entering then they will leave the box in the safest spot possible, out of reach of your pet.
