How do I place an order online?

Simply browse our products, add your chosen items to your cart, and follow the secure checkout process.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes! Call your local Hanno’s store if you’d like to order by phone or have a special request.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t been prepared yet.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

Minimum order values may apply for delivery — you’ll see this clearly at checkout.

Do you offer custom orders or bulk packs?

Absolutely. We can help you with custom cuts, special requests, or bulk orders. Just get in touch with your local store to discuss your needs.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within approximately 25km of our three store locations in Oxley, Park Ridge, and North Maclean.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees depend on your location and order size — you’ll see full details during checkout.

How quickly will I get my order?

We aim to deliver within 1–2 days of receiving your order. You’ll receive a confirmation with your delivery date and timeframe once we process your order.

Can I click and collect?

Yes! Click-and-collect is available from all three of our stores. Simply select this option during checkout.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

We recommend that someone is home to receive your order so your meat products stay fresh. If that’s not possible, please let us know, and we can discuss alternative arrangements.

Subscription Packs

How do the subscription packs work?

You can choose to have our meat packs delivered weekly or monthly. Pick your preferred pack and delivery schedule, and we’ll do the rest.

Can I pause or change my subscription?

Yes — you can pause, skip, or modify your subscription at any time. Just log in to your account or contact our team for help.

What comes in a subscription pack?

Each subscription pack includes a variety of fresh, locally sourced meat options, chosen to give you great value and plenty of meal ideas. You can see what’s included before you subscribe.

Returns & Exchanges

What if something is wrong with my order?

If there’s an issue, please contact us right away. We’ll happily replace or refund any product that doesn’t meet our quality standards.

Can I return fresh meat?

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of fresh meat unless there is a clear fault. If you have concerns, get in touch and we’ll make it right.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days once approved.
